These rates are additive; if you have 31 children in your party, your price would be [$300.00 + $90.00(9 Children x $10.00) + $51.00 (6 Children x $8.50)] = $441.00
There is no charge for parents of party guests who decide to stay. However, we must charge $5.00 per child if these parents have children with them.
A $50.00 deposit is required at the time of your booking. If you cancel the party 10 days or less prior to party date, this deposit is non-refundable. Parties can only be confirmed as booked in person and not over the phone. This deposit will be applied towards your total amount.
Time of the Party
Parties are held on Saturday & Sunday mornings with a starting time of 10:00 am. Longer running films (2.5 hours, for example) will start at 9:30. Arrival Time for your guests is 30 minutes before the film time. (i.e. 9:30 am arrival, 10:00 am show time). Party pick up is around 12:00-12:15 PM depending on the length of the movie.
Party Setup
The party will be held privately in the auditorium in which your film is shown. Balloons and a Birthday Greeting sign decorate the doorway to the auditorium. Inside we set up a table for popcorn and soda. A staff server will assist in handing these out at the start of the film. We do not provide invitations and/or cupcakes. If you bring cake or cupcakes, you must provide your own plates, candles and utensils. Your cupcakes will be served after the movie is over. At the end of the party the children will get their candy grab bags as a parting favor.
Staff Hosts
A staff server(s) is provided during the party to help as needed. Your server depends on tips as part of his/her wage for the party. Your generosity is appreciated.
Film Selection
Films are scheduled through our distributors on a week to week basis, and we can not guarantee how long a film will be playing. A party booked in March for an April date, for example, may not have the particular film you are looking for. We generally know our bookings the Monday before your party date.
Booking a Party
You should book your party well in advance of the date you plan for, as space is limited and it fills very quickly. All bookings must be confirmed with a manager. For your convenience, we have provided a PDF document of the form used to book a party. Please click here to view/save/print the form. This form must be approved in person to secure your party. Please do not mail it in with a check!
